A meeting of the stars of the Czech e-commerce scene, that's what we could call the 2nd year of the E-shop summit, which took place again in České Budějovice. Because everyone not only wants to live there, but also wants to share their knowledge and experience with e-shops! E-shop owners, wherever you look And here and there some marketer. At the warm-up party, Verča and I felt a little lost from the start, but after a few minutes and a few drinks we fit in more than perfectly (or so we thought :-)). Day one (lecture) After a completely standard Budějovice breakfast in the guesthouse, consisting of a roll, a few slices of "as if" ham and three rounds of cucumber, we excitedly set off to DK Meteor, where it was supposed to break out before long.

This year's opening speaker was Mário Roženský , who devoted his lecture to customer communication. Did you know that the person who communicates for the e-shop should be empathetic, patient and positive? Or, for example, how important is regular feedback from support to the company? Zdeno Kuzmány then presented Mautic, an open-source tool that can help campaigns with incomplete purchases (abandoned cart). After a short venting , Martin Brablec spoke , who pointed out that transactional communication is a direct part of the brand, so don't leave transactional emails only in the hands of programmers (for God's sake!). The last pre-lunch speaker was Jirka Ponrt , financial director of Alza.
